Что Работает
- все остальные устройства работают нормально и там нет причин подозревать, что маршрутизатор имеет какие-либо проблемы. В то же время, ноутбук подключается к любой другой сети тоже без проблем.
Кажется, между этими двумя есть какая-то особая ненависть. Проблема не связана с системой, так как я запускаю двойную загрузку с Win 7 и Win 10, и ситуация идентична.
