Потеря пакетов / высокий пинг с одного компьютера, кажется, влияет на всю сеть

у меня проблема с компьютером. У меня есть беспроводной маршрутизатор/модем со списком, который был предоставлен моим интернет-провайдером, и у меня проблемы с одним ПК в моей сети.

ПК подключен через WIFI и часто будет испытывать значительную потерю пакетов и очень высокие пинги спорадически. Другие элементы в моей сети просто прекрасны. У меня есть Apple TV, некоторые iPad/телефоны и несколько ноутбуков. Мой основной настольный ПК подключен по беспроводной сети.

Если я не использую ПК, то сеть штраф. Однако иногда, когда я включаю ПК, это вызывает потерю пакета (50%) или выше, и часто заставляет всю сеть отказывать в течение периода. Иногда кажется, что перезагрузка временно решает проблему, или отключение и повторное включение сетевой карты.
