"Ожидание ответа сервера" на OpenVPN

Я создал VPN с OpenVPN на моем Rapsberry Pi 3 (Ubuntu Mate) с помощью этого учебника:http://readwrite.com/2014/04/10/raspberry-pi-vpn-tutorial-server-secure-web-browsing . Но когда я пытаюсь подключить Мой компьютер на моем VPN с Tunnelblick, у меня есть эта ошибка:

что я могу сделать, чтобы починить? Я отключил брандмауэр и настроил маршрутизатор.
