сбой rclone при синхронизации на локальной файловой системе

Ubuntu 16.04
Rclone v1.36

не удалось синхронизировать два каталога локально.
Запуск от имени root, я могу писать в каталоги.

PS: может ли кто-нибудь с 1500+ rep создать тег для rclone?
