Проблемы с теневым копированием томов в Windows 7

у меня проблема с теневой копией Тома на моем ПК с Windows 7 Ultimate.
В принципе, я не могу использовать любую программу, которая полагается на теневую копию Тома, поскольку они всегда терпят неудачу (включая резервное копирование Windows) с целым списком ошибок (в зависимости от программы).
Например, когда я запускаю Windows Backup, я получаю:

The backup was not successful. The error is: Windows Backup failed while trying to read from the shadow copy on one of the volumes being backed up. Please check in the event logs for any relevant errors. (0x81000037).

тогда я получаю эту ошибку VSS:

Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error querying for the IVssWriterCallback interface.  hr = 0x80070005, Access is denied.

The VSS service is shutting down due to idle timeout. 

(я получил 5 из них, когда я пытался запустить резервную копию вчера)
