Сбой восстановления и установки SQL Server 2012

у нас есть сервер Windows 2012 R2 и хотите запустить MS SQL Server 2012.

Кажется, что кто-то пытался установить некоторое время назад, но он не установлен должным образом, так как SQL Server не отображается во всех программах.

мы попытались восстановить или удалить существующий и заново установить. Тем не менее ремонт/установка завершается неудачей из-за этой ошибки.
