Недопустимая команда порта. - Подключение через WinSCP

когда я пытаюсь подключиться к моему ftp-серверу через winscp, я впервые получаю ошибку" Незаконная команда порта", и это происходило, когда он перечислял файлы корневого каталога (/). Я не уверен , как избавиться от этой ошибки, проверял исходный скрипт (предполагая, что есть какой-то сценарий init), но не мог найти правильный источник или ссылки для изучения.
