Не удается установить дополнение VirtualBox guest в Debian 3.16.0-4 guest

у меня есть гость Debian (VirtualBox) на хосте Windows 7.


Я пытаюсь установить гостевые дополнения, и я сделал следующие шаги.

1. "apt-get update"
2. "apt-get upgrade"
3. "apt-get install build-essential module-assistant"
4. "m-A prepare"
5. "mount/media / cdrom0"
6. "cd / media / cdrom0"

7. " sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.run"

   Шаг 7 не удается установить оценки дополнения со следующими сообщениями:

ошибка: "заголовки текущего работающего ядра не найдены"
