FTP подключен, но Каталог не отображается

У меня 2 сетевых подключения. одно "идея "и другое"доверие". Когда я использую идею, то он работает очень хорошо, но когда я использую Reliance подключение к интернету, то он показывает ошибку тайм-аута.
